SUSIE ROLLHEISER, CISR has over 20 years of insurance experience. As a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) she is able to provide exceptional customer service. This certification means improved knowledge about policies, coverage, exposures and risks. In short, Susie has the current, practical, up-to-date information you need to get the best coverage possible.
Emily Rollheiser, Customer Service Representative, is available to answer your questions, concerns or handle changes to your coverage. She is responsible for resolving client issues, payments and changes to coverage.
Tammy Noack, Administrative Assistant, has twelve years experience and can provide not only excellent customer service but also handles customer accounting.
